"Your Bridegroom Awaits!" is a weekend retreat for believing women, high school age and up, to become immersed in the ravished heart of Jesus, their Bridegroom King!

Jesus is coming back for a Bride who will rule and reign with Him in Eternity. Seeing Jesus as her Spiritual Bridegroom will help the church begin to understand her relationship to Him as His beautiful Bride.

His heart's desire is that His Bride will be passionately looking for His return and will understand Revelation 19:7, which says,

"Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His bride has made herself ready."

The retreats are held at the Waka Christian Center, located at 10 Fuller Street, in Waka, Texas, and is 16 miles southwest of Perryton on Highway 15. Check-in will begin at 6 p.m. on Friday evening, with the first session beginning at 7 p.m.

Throughout the weekend there will be 5 sessions, 4 taught by Kim Francis , in which she will share truths essential in moving the end-time church toward her true identity as Jesus' Beloved Bride. The Saturday afternoon session, led by Mareta Walker, is on the benefits and the practice of "being still".

There will be times for rest, relaxation, and wonderful food prepared by God's Grillers, an anointed team of men headed up by Steven Francis.

The weekend will conclude on Sunday afternoon around 1 p.m.

2009: April 24th - 26th; deadline - April 16th

June 19th - 21st; deadline - June 11th

September 11th - 13th; deadline - September 3rd

To attend a 2008 - 2009 retreat, the cost is $175* per participant. The maximum number of women attending each retreat is 30, so attendance will be on a first come, first served basis. Each participant will be required to fill out an application, and to ensure registration, a deposit of $75 is required at the time the application is submitted.

*Scholarships are available depending on need. Please call Kim Francis at (806) 435-5575 if you need a scholarship to attend the retreat.

*You will receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail (if you have e-mail) or regular mail. You will also be given further information regarding what you will need to bring to the retreat. If the retreat you have applied for is full, we'll put you on a waiting list and let you know if a place becomes open.

*If you pay your deposit and for some reason cannot attend, you will be refunded the full amount if we find someone to take your place. At your request, we can move your deposit and application to the next retreat.
